The Japanese word for spring, 春, is pronounced haru (sounds like hah-roo)

Employee of the Month (every Month)

Regardless of her constant sleeping on the job, Haru is everyone’s favorite employee. While the rest of us are deep in diligence, drafting, and closing checklists, she’s hard at work on the things that only she can do: boosting morale, enforcing mandatory belly-rub breaks, and reminding everyone that even the most complex transaction is better with an intermittent game of fetch.

Her primary duties here at the firm are supervising client phone calls from her head rested on the desk, greeting clients with an occasional background bark, and simply keeping the office running smoothly by holding the couches down. She is a natural at her professional duties as she has no background in law, M&A, or business management, but her stellar abilities prove no formal education or experience is necessary. Haru brings a dose of joy and perspective to every matter handled here at the office proving to be an asset and truly irreplaceable!
